The Beginners and Fitness class is a great way to develop your fitness, coordination and Muay Thai techniques. You will meet a lot of friendly people of various ages, levels of skill and fitness. In this class you are working togehter under the careful guidance of our experienced instructor. You will be guided and assisteded in achieving your individual goals. You may wish to advance to the more advanced class or stay in the fitness class depending on your goals.
Fitness lessons generally consist of a warm up, drills, resistance training and weights. You will also learn how to use punching bags, hand and stomach pads. Muay Thai has many different aspects to it so you are guaranteed to always be learning something new including both attacking and defending roles in each lesson.
