Personal Training, One-on-One Sessions and Private Tuition are also available.

We offer the chance for you to have Personal Training (tuition) with our experienced Instructors.  One-on-One training has a sole focus on you and your personal goals, we will set and work towards acheiving realistic targets for you.

We do also give the option to do personal sessions with upto two or more people.  This is perfect for friends and couples who have similar goals and motivation to train.  Training will depend on your focus and can include (but is not limited to) high intensity fitness training, strength and toning, technique and sparring skills or preparation for up-coming fights.
